Deliver trusted Party Central client reference data across lines of business through disciplined execution, controls, and timely SLAs. Strengthen resilience by leading workflow, risk management, and continuous improvement to reduce defects and improve turnaround times.

As a Reference Data Manager within Party Reference Data Operations, you lead day‑to‑day Party Central setup, maintenance, and client account updates across multiple business lines and locations. You ensure authorized, accurate, and consistent data actions by validating documentation, managing workflow and SLAs/TAT, and coordinating upstream/downstream dependencies across teams and systems. You drive a strong controls environment and operational resilience by leading escalations, managing risk and evidence, partnering with Business/Ops/Tech/Compliance, and delivering continuous improvement while developing team performance.
