Applicants must have the following requirements:
- Must have N6 / S4 (Ceramic) or N6 / S4 (Met) Qualifications.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in refractory maintenance in the steelmaking environment.
- Must establish a level of technical proficiency that is comparable to best practice.
- Must ensure that no catastrophic refractory material failures happen.
- Must be able to lead and motivate the employees in the refractory section.
- Must ensure that the actual activities fit in with the predetermined objectives and planned activities.
