Refractory Works Supervisor – Mexico

Role Overview

Responsible for the direct supervision and execution of refractory installation works in large-scale industrial projects (ammonia, methanol, petrochemical).

This is a hands‑on field supervision role , focused on daily crew management, installation quality, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

• Supervise daily refractory activities on site
• Ensure work follows:
  • approved procedures
  • safety requirements
  • quality standards
• Monitor productivity and resolve issues in real time
• Manage material handling, including temperature‑sensitive materials

Planning & Control

• Plan daily and weekly activities
• Maintain a 4‑week lookahead schedule
• Ensure availability of:
  • materials
  • equipment
  • workforce
