Overview
Airfreight Procurement & Capacity Manager. Our client is a world-renowned Freight Forwarding company. They are currently looking for an Airfreight Procurement & Capacity Manager with strong experience within the Freight Forwarding and International Logistics sector to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Define the optimal network, procure to enable cost optimal production, and manage subcontractors as well as the air freight product.
- Develop and execute a globally and regionally binding Procurement and Product Strategy with clear split of responsibilities for procurement activities between Corporate, Regions, Country / District Business Units and Charter Network and other related products / services.
- Develop relevant products with airfreight carriers, pre and on-carriage suppliers: maintain efficient procurement planning process, negotiate best possible airfreight rates, and all other relevant service agreements....
