We're looking for an experienced Regional Coach with a minimum of 5 years' experience within the retail industry having managed a minimum of 700 employees across multi-stores and regions.

THE ROLE:
The Regional Coach (RC) is accountable for the full performance, capability, and culture of all restaurants within the assigned region. This role leads operational excellence, people development, compliance, and overall financial delivery by developing Area Coaches (ACs) and Restaurant Management teams through strong coaching discipline, clear expectations, and consistent execution.
