RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Regional compliance support & coordination
Serve as a first operational point of contact for routine compliance questions in the region.
Provide pragmatic, business-oriented compliance support to regional management and operational teams.
Escalate sensitive, complex, or high-risk matters promptly to the relevant BACO and/or Group Compliance.
Act within a support and coordination role, with final decisions remaining with the BACOs.
2. Business support & process implementation
Support Business Areas in implementing Group compliance policies, processes, and controls.
Ensure compliance integration work in connection with acquired entities
Assist with the rollout of new compliance tools and systems.
Identify implementation challenges and propose pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions.
Ensure feedback from the region is communicated back to Group Compliance and BACOs.
