Regional Compliance Manager, LatAm

The Regional Compliance Manager Latam oversees the Latam Compliance function, reporting directly to the Regional Risk Officer and functionally to the DLL Chief Compliance Officer, serving as a member of the Global Compliance Management Team. This engaged leader will play an important role in our vision to be an ethical and regulatory‑compliant organization. In addition to driving our global compliance strategy, the position will act as a senior advisor and countervailing power to the Latam Management Team and leadership teams on all compliance matters, supporting leaders at all levels in achieving the Corporate DLL strategy, the Latam business objectives and the delivery of sustainable business results with compliance embedded as a strong foundation.
