We’re looking for a talented, driven Regional Director, Indonesia with great energy, passion and initiative. This is a first line leadership position, to lead a highly talented team of ICs to develop and grow the Indonesian market.

The Regional Director for Indonesia is focused on developing and implementing a sales growth and development strategy for Indonesia. This strategy aims to increase revenue, acquire new customers, expand the footprint on our install base, and facilitate recruitment. Their efforts are crucial in driving awareness and new business acquisition for MongoDB, the world's fastest-growing database.

As the Regional Director, with a focus on Recruitment, Enablement and Execution for the Indonesian team, you will drive revenue and assure the continued successful trajectory of this strategically important region.
