**Position Purpose:**
This role is responsible for leading the field execution of Merchandising Services for a region of retail stores across 10+ districts. This position leads a direct report team of District Execution Managers, with overall leadership for a team of hundreds of managers and supervisors, and 1,000 plus associates. This position leads and manages change, and executes results by driving a high performing team across assigned region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ 20% Holds self and team accountable for high performance of regional merchandising execution metric related to general bay service, projects, and resets. Provides leadership of large merchandising execution programs and initiatives impacting general bay service, projects, and resets
