As a Regional Employee Relations Consultant at Lidl, you will coach and advise on employment law policy. You will work closely with the Regional Head of HR to develop the employee relations function and ensure it meets the strategic objectives of the company. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow your career and make an impact on the business.
