Regional Engineering Manager, Raleigh - Kiewit Power Engineering Group

Position Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for pursuing new work opportunities within the region, sponsoring projects in execution within the region, and effectively leading and growing the design engineering team. They will be expected to have a firm understanding of the regional team’s technical capabilities, the needs of major local clients, competitors and key partners, and available talent pool from local competitors and universities. The candidate should have or quickly develop relationships with multiple targeted clients within the region and initiate contact with other potential, secondary clients that could be leveraged in the future.

This role requires engaging both new and existing clients to solidify strong relationships and best position their team to build a stable and growing backlog.
