Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can build strong client relationships, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance, staff welfare, and continuous improvement. 
Reporting to a Key Account Manager, you will lead the regional integrated facility service team (hard and soft FM) while ensuring commercial performance and service resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure efficient and effective management of integrated facility operations, including planned and reactive maintenance, engineering systems, cleaning, and other soft services to required standards and SLAs
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Defra stakeholders, acting as a trusted service partner
Lead the regional team in delivering and developing service solutions, identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and promote a strong safety culture
