Regional Head of Art

Sperasoft is seeking a Regional Head of Art to manage our art department’s structure and expertise. You will partner with Art Directors and project leads to ensure effective coverage across all production disciplines and maintain high quality standards for our clients. Your role involves mentoring senior leadership, overseeing art-related estimations for new opportunities, and implementing best practices across the department. Responsibilities:

• Department Structure: Support the structure of Art Directors, Leads, and SMEs to ensure expertise coverage across all art production disciplines
• Quality Oversight: Oversee art-related projects and final deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and internal quality criteria
