- Understand and Share Insights: Dive deep into the unique HR service needs of the
region, collaborating closely with Global Process Owners and our Centers of Excellence (CoE) or our HR Business Partners in the markets.
Share valuable insights and feedback to ensure robust process delivery and continuous improvement.
- Implementation Excellence: Ensure the seamless implementation and establishment of HR services setup in the region, driving adherence to global standards and best practices.
- Lead, Inspire and Coach: Establish and lead our services team in the region, guiding them to execute all service processes with precision and excellence according to our global standards.
- Regional Process Ownership: Join forces with the CoE team to take ownership
of designated service processes.
