You will be the key point of contact responsible for the support and project delivery of IT to end users of numerous sites in the East Midlands region and the surrounding areas. There will be travel to other sites as required - It is essential you have a valid driving license. A company car (or car allowance) is part of the benefits package.

In the role you will take ownership of IT incident management and escalations, IT service delivery and crucial IT project delivery. Projects are varied including new site set ups, new technology installations, moves and changes for hardware, software, networks, and telephony....
