Regional Knowledge Management Lead – Scientific Claims

Colgate-Palmolive in Therwil, Switzerland, is looking for a Knowledge Management manager responsible for overseeing scientific governance in product claims within Oral and Personal Care. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Legal teams, ensuring product innovations are supported by robust evidence.

Qualified applicants should hold a master’s degree (PhD preferred) in a Life Science field and have over 5 years of experience in research or product development within a multinational setting. Favorable attributes include strong communication skills and proficiency in English, with knowledge of German being a plus.
