Regional maintenance manager

Reporting to the Director Operations/Operations Manager: seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Maintenance Manager to lead and enhance maintenance and asset management practices across operations in the Western Cape.

This role goes beyond traditional maintenance execution and plays a key strategic role in shaping asset management strategy, ensuring contractual compliance, and improving operational reliability across multiple sites. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing modern maintenance systems, driving technological improvements, and ensuring that equipment, machinery, and infrastructure operate efficiently to meet the company’s operational and contractual obligations.
