Regional Procurement Lead

Role Purpose Supporting, implementing and integrating a robust and sustainable Procurement function for both the existing Ningbo facility and the integration of the P75 Project.
Supplier integrity is of paramount importance and the role of the Procurement Manager is to set up and ensure implemented policies are followed in full and can be audited for full compliance (Internal & External).
Key Focus areas:

It is imperative that all Negotiated contracts and Cost pricing settlement is done with integrity and with full transparency. A robust and audited “3 Way Match” process needs to be implemented. (a) Agree Pricing with Vendor (b) PO’s match the Pricing agreement in full & (c) the invoices match to both the agreed pricing and PO values in full. All cost agreements must be supported through an official purchase order initially signed by the Procurement Manager.
