Regional Psm Engineer

OverviewWe are looking for a Regional Process Safety Engineer (PSM) to strengthen how we apply Process Safety Management in our operations.
This role is closely connected to the site and to day‐to‐day operations.
You'll work closely with plant teams to improve safety culture, operating discipline, and the practical use of PSM processes.ResponsibilitiesSupport strong and consistent execution of Nouryon's PSM practices at site level.Work hands‐on with operations to reduce risk and prevent process safety incidents.Co‐operate in core PSM activities, including:Hazard StudiesSupport studies using Nouryon's risk matrix and procedures.Collaborate with site teams and engineers to complete them properly.Management of Change (MOC)Support the site in applying MOC as part of daily operations.Pre‐Start‐Up Safety Reviews (PSSR)Support PSSR for new or modified equipment and processes.Ensure HSE requirements are covered before startup.Confirm training is completed for people operating new or...
