Regional Recruiter (APAC)

We are seeking a Regional Recruiter based in Singapore to support Alibaba Cloud’s international talent acquisition initiatives across the APAC region. This role will focus on recruiting talent for technical, operational, and business roles while partnering closely with hiring managers and global stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping improve hiring efficiency, candidate experience, and recruitment insights for international operations.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , including candidate sourcing, screening, qualification assessment, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
