Rech International an orthopedic instrument & implant supplieris looking for Regional Sales Manager, Karachi Based to plan and execute sales strategies and activities for the portfolio of Orthopaedic Instrument Implant and Surgical products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, service, and application processes for surgical business operations, ensuring the achievement of targets for assigned accounts and product lines.
• Develop and implement strategies while managing the team to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities by strengthening existing relationships and establishing new connections with key hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain an effective and accurate sales opportunity pipeline, providing regular market updates and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
