Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for sales performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring area’s sales are achieving the assigned target.

Responsible for product penetration performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring KPIs for product penetration are achieved.

Distributor management in the assigned region/area. Ensure all KPI’s parameters are met.

Manpower management in the assigned region/area.

Area Coverage: East Java + Outer Islands (Bali, Sulawesi, & Kalimantan)

QUALIFICATIONS:
