Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

 Drive sales team to maximize sales at the lowest possible costs for the assign region.

1) Initiate all direct sales efforts to optimize product line growth at the lowest possible

sales costs. Maintain a balanced sales call plan to sell at the forecasted ratio.

2) Maintain good relationships with customers to assure satisfied and continued sales

revenue growth within region including identifying new projects.

3) Ensure that the sales revenue and margin goals are achieved by working to develop

final pricing on Packaging Machines business

4) Complete special projects and duties as assigned to enhance the market position of

the company.

 Based on successful product applications, help find comparable prospects with similar needs

to expand company market share.
