Department: Casino Operations – Slot Operations Position Summary:
The Regional Slots Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, financial performance, and operational excellence of slot operations across multiple casino properties within an assigned region. This role ensures consistent execution of company standards, regulatory compliance, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction while leading and developing property-level slot management teams. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Provide oversight and direction for slot operations across multiple casino properties
Ensure consistency in slot floor standards, guest service, and operational procedures
Partner with property-level Slots Managers to achieve operational goals
Conduct regular property visits, audits, and performance reviews
