Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field
- 10 to 15+ years of relevant experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry
- At least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership role , managing large teams and multi-site operations
- Proven experience handling multiple malls, stores, or retail branches with full oversight of visual merchandising operations
