Registered Behavioral Technician/Behavior Technician (BT) – Classroom SettingPosition SummaryThe Registered Behavior Technician supports students in a special education classroom, working closely with the special education teacher and multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on implementing ABA-based interventions, supporting students with autism and other developmental needs, and promoting positive, safe, and socially appropriate behaviors. RBT certification preferred, or currently pursuing certification.Key Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains a strong therapeutic rapport by pairing with students as a reinforcing, trusted, and motivating presence.

Prompts safe, socially appropriate replacement behaviors to build communication, social interaction, and problem‑solving skills.
