We are excited to be opening Martin House, a brand-new 5 bed care home located near our main InFocus campus. This is a rare and rewarding opportunity to help create something really special from the beginning.

As Registered Care Manager, you will lead the opening and ongoing development of a warm, family-style home, where our residents can thrive, build independence and live fulfilling and meaningful lives. With only five residents, Martin House will offer a close-knit environment focused on building positive relationships and providing excellent, personalised care and support. This is a wonderful opportunity to shape not only the day to day running of the home, but also to embed InFocus values and positive culture right from the start, whilst ensuring it meets regulatory requirements and reflects best practice.
