Ascent supports symptom stabilization while helping individuals build meaningful relationships and pursue goals related to employment, education, and independent living. Services are delivered through a coordinated team approach that includes wraparound care navigation, skills training, coordination with community and clinical supports, medication management, psychoeducation, peer support, and vocational services.
