Registered Nurse – Oncology Ward

Outstanding chances await a highly motivated Registered Nurse looking to work across a 30-bed Oncology Ward, catering for patients with complex oncology and medical treatments and procedures at a private hospital in Melbourne. This is a part-time position (0.8 FTE) involving a three-shift rotational schedule. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering safe, research-based standards of nursing care;

Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members;

Providing education and support to patients for the management of their health, recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs;

Contributing to quality improvement and safety initiatives to deliver positive outcomes;

Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs;

Acting as a role model for Safe Practice.
