Your Opportunity:

Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre has an opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at our rural hospital, you will work in a variety of areas: this includes a 10 bed ER, a 19-bed acute care unit, a 10 bed Goal (Goal oriented active living) unit, and our busy labor and delivery area. As an RN working at our facility, you will be a vital part of our collaborative health care team. Previous experience will be valuable in transitioning to the Rural Nurse role; however, you will be provided with mentorship and education opportunities to increase competence and confidence in the rural Registered Nurse role. You will be expected to provide safe and competent care to our patients in a collaborative, family centered care approach.
