This is a permanent full-time position working 32 hours per week on a structured 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off roster, rotating across mornings, afternoons and nights. You'll have the variety of a true RN rotation while maintaining the stability and predictability that comes from a permanent roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coordinate care for residents.
• Support caregivers and build strong relationships with residents and families.
• Use clinical judgement daily, manage resident assessments and care planning.
• Maintain high standards of care within a well-established care home environment.
