Registered Nurse – Scrub Scout

A fantastic opportunity awaits a Scrub Scout Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care to work across the Operating Theatre at a private hospital in Canberra. ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Delivering evidence-based nursing care;

Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team;

Ensuring patient and staff safety;

Supervising, directing, and guiding nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care;

Delivering education and support to individuals/patients to manage their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Registration with AHPRA;

Working with Children's Check;

Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards);

Commitment to Quality Patient Care;
