Summary
This position is responsible for the daily coordination and deployment of staffing resources to departments across Cox Medical Center Branson, facilitation of patient throughput, and implementation of operational plan surrounding scope of care or service in relation to the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Addresses facility issues to facilitate the provision of quality efficient care. Provides oversight and management of operational, regulatory, and business processes across nursing services.
