Registered Ultrasound Technologist - McMaster Children's Hospital Location: McMaster Children's Hospital 
Status: Regular Full-time 
Rate: $36.90 - $51.87 Hourly 
Position Summary As a member of a multi‑disciplinary healthcare team, the Registered Ultrasound Technologist (UT) coordinates and performs a variety of ultrasound examinations, including pediatric, high‑risk obstetric, and triage examinations as necessary. The UT is responsible for the technical operation, coordination, and quality of service for ultrasound. The UT also liaises with senior technologists and radiologists to ensure the technical quality of procedures is performed at a high level, working within the Standards of Practice outlined by Sonography and CMRITO. 
Ultrasound Technologists have access to continuing medical education opportunities and training in Pediatric MSK ultrasound exams, amniocentesis, and chorionic villus sampling obstetrical guidance procedure...
