Key Responsibilities Regulatory Reporting (Global) Own the end-to-end preparation, review, and submission of regulatory reports across Tazapays licensed entities. Coordinate periodic filings, transaction reports, safeguarding reports, compliance attestations, and other regulatory submissions required by regulators globally. Maintain a centralized regulatory reporting calendar and ensure all filings are completed accurately and on time. Partner with Finance, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Product, and Data teams to gather and validate reporting data. Perform reconciliations and quality checks to ensure consistency between regulatory reports, financial records, and operational data. Track regulatory reporting obligations for both existing licenses and newly acquired licenses as Tazapay expands into additional jurisdictions.
