About the Role
The Position
The Client Group in Tokyo has an opening for a Relationship Analyst (“RA”). The successful candidate will be an integral member of our Tokyo team and will be primarily responsible for supporting and strengthening our relationships with institutional client utilizing Private Placed Japanese ITM platform. Commanding a thorough knowledge of our business, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, the RA will work closely with the business team on a portfolio of institutional relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The RA will assist and partner in the core aspects of business development, relationship management, and client servicing, including the following.
Support the governance of the ITM product management framework, partnering with Relationship Managers and internal stakeholders; oversee vendor relationships and SLAs (including trust banks, distributors, accounting agents...
