Role Overview

We are hiring Working Capital Relationship Managers to acquire and manage SME/MSME clients requiring CC/OD, Term Loans, BG/LC and other working capital solutions. The role involves business acquisition, portfolio management and end-to-end credit coordination.

Key Responsibilities


Acquire new SME/MSME clients for Working Capital & Business Banking products.
Manage existing portfolio—renewals, enhancement requests, documentation, compliance.
Understand customer financials, banking patterns, GST data, stock statements, etc.
Liaise with credit, operations & legal teams for seamless sanctions and disbursements.
