What you will be responsible for:
Develop and implement comprehensive release management strategies aligned with organizational goals
Lead cross-functional teams in planning, scheduling, and executing software releases
Establish and maintain release governance frameworks ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams
Ensure comprehensive release documentation and regulatory compliance
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on release timelines
Monitor and report on release performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
Drive quality-first culture through stakeholder influence and executive sponsorship
