About the Role 
As part of our global Agile transformation we are expanding our Agile Release Trains (ARTs) across Cignas Middle East and Africa region seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile delivery at scale. This is a unique opportunity to shape and evolve our SAFe Agile practices across a dynamic multi-national organization. 
 Key Responsibilities Facilitate PI Planning: Lead the preparation and execution of Program Increment (PI) Planning including readiness activities such as vision alignment backlog grooming and stakeholder engagement. 
Coach and Mentor: Guide Agile teams Scrum Masters and leadership on SAFe principles Lean-Agile mindset and continuous improvement practices. 
Optimize Flow of Value: Use tools like Kanban systems and flow metrics to manage and improve the delivery pipeline across the ART.
