Opportunity
Reporting to the Reliability Manager, this position will develop and improve manufacturing equipment and processes by applying engineering principles with a LEAN approach.
Compensation: $71,000 - $103,000 CAD base pay annually plus annual short‑term incentive.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and support for manufacturing improvement projects aimed at enhancing equipment, processes, and systems to increase plant capacity, line efficiency, and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
- Validate new and existing processes with the Reliability team.
- Review and participate in new equipment designs, upgrades, and overhauls, and oversee the commissioning process.
- Apply Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to support process improvements.
- Participate in Pre‑Start Health and Safety Reviews (PSHSRs), review findings, and manage updates.
