Reliability Engineer

Job description

• Implement reliability programs and preventive maintenance strategies in accordance with corporate standards.
• Manage maintenance service contracts to ensure the delivery of high quality services to customers.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute plant overhauls, providing on‑site support to local teams throughout all project phases.
• Develop maintenance plans for new plants, including EAM system implementation, definition of maintenance procedures, and training of local maintenance teams.
• Prepare and present reliability reports, performance analyses, and improvement recommendations to management and contract service customers.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel to strengthen reliability competencies.
• Conduct reliability assessments, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis (RCA), and define corrective and preventive actions.
