Kruger Pro is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that maximize the availability and reliability of our Trenton converting assets while supporting safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production. In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Operators, and Maintenance Technicians to solve problems, improve asset performance, and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Developing and managing preventative and predictive maintenance programs for converting assets, including mechanical and electrical components. Improving machine reliability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness through proactive maintenance strategies.
- Leading root cause failure analysis initiatives and driving corrective action plans in partnership with the Line Centric Team.
