**Description:** You will be the Senior Reliability Engineer for the PAC-3 Launcher Sustainment Reliability Team. Our team safeguards product performance by identifying hidden failure risks, providing actionable metrics/corrective actions to program stakeholders, and delivering data driven mitigation strategies that keep our systems on track from concept through field service.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for leading the FRACAS process and trending development, as well as data analysis to provide program stakeholders with actionable metrics to improve overall launcher performance. You will work hand in hand with design/quality/chief engineers, and program managers to surface risks early, quantify them accurately, and drive corrective actions.
