Reliability Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Reliability Manager to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in enhancing equipment reliability, minimizing operational risks, and driving efficient, cost-effective plant operations.

As a key leader, you will shape reliability strategies, strengthen asset integrity, and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and sustainable performance across the plant.

Key Responsibilitie

• Develop and execute reliability and asset integrity strategies for critical processing equipment (reactors, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, piping)
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs leveraging RCM, TPM, RBI, and FMEA methodologies
• Ensure compliance with process safety standards (OSHA PSM, IEC, API, and local regulations) and lead risk assessments (HAZOP, SIL)
