What Is The Opportunity
Leads and directs maintenance activities with respect to reliability within the Maintenance Department. Administers planned maintenance and root‑cause analysis to improve reliability. Oversees condition‑based, predictive, and inspection programs. Directly manages the Predictive Maintenance Supervisor and Selective Inspection Technician.
What Will You Do
- Drive reliability improvements and achieve world‑class MTBF results.
- Direct, supervise, and assign duties to the predictive maintenance supervisor and selective inspection technician and participate in the rotating on‑call schedule.
