Relief Personal Assistant (Female)

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF

I am a chatty lady living in Pontprennau area of Cardiff who has cerebral palsy and am visually impaired, I use an electric wheelchair to get around and all physical transfers are done via a ceiling track hoist, I need full assistance with personal care and dressing. Assistance is required with housework, food preparation and all aspects of daily living including accessing the wider community. 

I am a lively, social outgoing lady who enjoys music, going to the theatre and cinema and socialising with family and friends, I have lived in my own home since 2005 in 24-hour care.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

As well as full personal care I need support with activities within my home as well as accessing the wider community.
