Relief Support Worker

Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality person-centred social care services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other support needs in Stockport and across Greater Manchester. We are looking for enthusiastic, resourceful and energetic Relief Support Workers who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team in Stockport. You will provide person-centred support to tenants with a learning disability and other needs to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to engage and participate with the local Stockport communities. You will support service users by providing respectful personal care and support with daily living tasks at home and varied activities in the community.
