Remote AWS Connect Solution Architect - Pre-Sales CX

TTEC Digital is looking for a Pre-sales Solution Architect to join our SandcastleCX team, a 100% remote role based in Colombia. You will leverage your expertise to facilitate customer engagements featuring Amazon technologies along with CX platforms.

The ideal candidate brings over 10 years of technical pre-sales or solutions engineering experience, fluency in English, and a strong grasp of AWS services. You'll be responsible for customer requirements gathering, technology stack acquisition, and providing enabling sessions.
