**ModSquad** has partnered with a **top music streaming service** and we are currently seeking music-lovers and experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team.
This is a **fully remote opportunity** and as a member of this team, you will respond to customer inquiries via inbound web messages in **Japanese**.
Please note: In order to ensure adequate proficiency, qualified applicants will have to complete language assessments in **Japanese** and **English**.
**Orientation Hours, Production Hours and Project Commitments (All times in Pacific Time)**:
- ** 40 hours per week** are required for the** 4-week** orientation and nesting period.
- ** Orientation**: 3 days, 5 AM - 2 PM
- ** Nesting**: 15 days, 5 AM - 2 PM
- ** Production**: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM.
- ** Project Commitments**:
- **25 hours** per week
- **8 hours** are required on **Saturday and/or Sunday**).
