Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience leading data conversion workstreams , including data analysis, transformation, validation, and production deployment across enterprise systems.Technical & Professional QualificationsWorkday Certification (Data Conversion) or ability to obtain certification.Proficiency with ETL concepts and tooling , including SQL/My SQL, XML, Excel , and related data manipulation technologies.Hands-on experience with Workday data conversion tools (e.g., i Load, EIB, Advanced Load).
